Back to Kansas City..and other big news!

Life has been CRAZY- I feel like 2013 has kicked my tush and its only May. Between weddings, trips, changing careers AND Grady running, talking, and turning into a little man, I can barely keep up with it all. 

And yes, I quit my job a couple weeks ago- ekkkkk!! I had a super random opportunity arise about a month ago and I met this woman who founded a local calendar site for parents to see what's going on in Miami for kids and families. (http://munchkinfun.com/) But she wanted to take it a step further so she essentially created a new website service that is a single place for parents to find, enroll and pay for kids classes & camps. So my roll will be to evaluate local classes/camps and bring them on board as well as do the marketing for parents and community outreach. 

It's basically my dream job as I've always wanted to help start a new business so stay tuned for more information! Miami peeps especially- get excited!! I know this new service will be certainly make my life a little easier.

While You Were In Vegas...

Ummm...how is it already APRIL??? My job is absolutely insane. Overwhelming is an understatement. I've decided to take a quick brain-brake and post some outdated pictures for you family members out there.

Charlie was in Vegas this past weekend for his cousin's bachelor party. Can someone tell me when Vegas bachelor parties end? Do they ever? Anyway, it was just me and G man living large. We played outside most of the weekend, had a picnic at a park, fixed Elmo (aka my car DVD player)...I've never been so motivated to track down a new V12 car adapter plug.

Grady is in this habit of waking up half way through his nap and then falling asleep for another hour or so on the couch...whatever. I realize these snuggle days are numbered.
